Real Mayonnaise uses soybean oil, water, whole eggs and egg yolks, vinegar, salt, sugar, lemon juice concentrate, calcium disodium EDTA, natural flavors and paprika. NOVA 3. Light and Olive Oil variants swap part of the soybean oil and cut fat.
