Zevia

Zevia is a California-based zero-calorie soda brand founded in 2007 that sweetens with stevia leaf extract rather than aspartame, acesulfame-K or sucralose. Formulations include carbonated water, citric acid, natural flavors, stevia leaf extract, and the relevant coloring (caramel for the cola variants). NOVA sits at 4 because of the natural flavors and stevia isolate, but the score comes out above Diet Coke or Coke Zero because of the absence of synthetic sweeteners. Our pages compare Zevia to OLIPOP, Coke Zero and Diet Pepsi at equivalent flavors.
