Cheez-It is a Kellanova cheese-cracker brand launched in 1921 and sold widely in US grocery. The Original formulation uses enriched flour, vegetable oil, real aged cheddar, salt and paprika extract, placing it in NOVA 4 primarily because of the multiple refined-flour and oil processing steps.
