Poppi is a Texas-based prebiotic-soda brand launched in 2020 and acquired by PepsiCo in 2025. The formulation uses apple-cider vinegar, agave inulin and small amounts of cane sugar (5g added sugar per can) plus natural flavors. NOVA sits at 4 but the score sits well above conventional sodas thanks to the low sugar load and absence of HFCS or synthetic sweeteners.
