Frito-Lay
Frito-Lay is the snack-food division of PepsiCo and runs Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos, Fritos, Tostitos, Ruffles, SunChips and Smartfood in the US market. Ingredient composition varies sharply across the portfolio: Lay's Classic uses just potatoes, oil and salt (NOVA 3), while Doritos and Cheetos pile on cheese powders, maltodextrin, natural and artificial flavors and synthetic colors (NOVA 4).
