OLIPOP is a California-based prebiotic-soda brand founded in 2018. The formulation replaces most of the sugar in a conventional soda with plant fiber (cassava root, chicory root, marshmallow root) and stevia, delivering 9g of fiber and 2-5g of added sugar per can. Every flavor lands in NOVA 4 because of the isolate fibers and natural flavors, but the score comes out higher than any regular-sugar soda and higher than most diet sodas.
