Silk is a Danone North America plant-milk brand that has sold almondmilk, soymilk, oatmilk, and more recently Oat Yeah and Protein Nextmilk since the 2010s. Product composition varies widely: plain unsweetened almondmilk stays simple, while Protein Nextmilk uses pea and soy protein isolates plus natural flavors, which places it in NOVA 4.
